Cyber resilience
Digitisation, external systems integration and remote working increase our vulnerability to cyber attacks, and demand comprehensive protections and contingency plans to maintain security and business resilience.
In 2022, we conducted an Enterprise Business Continuity Plan Drill to test our cyber security protocols and recovery systems from potential cyber attacks or systems outages.

We are proud to be the first in the world to earn all four IATA CEIV (Center of Excellence for Independent Validators) accreditations: CEIV Fresh, CEIV Pharma, CEIV Live Animals, and CEIV Lithium Batteries.
